session 1: ANCIENT CHILD- ANCIENT WARRIOR.
IN THE BEGINNING….
In the days when the world was new, and everything knew its place, Man and Beast lived together in harmony. It cannot rightly be said that there wasn’t an awareness of the dangers that each could bring to the other, because both were ‘Hunters’ and would fight to protect themselves and their off spring from any danger that presented its self. However, there was a mutual respect for each other, and because both Man and Beast used their ‘Intuitive skills’ and ‘Other senses’, both lived in the same world with an equality rather than one believing themselves to be ‘Lord’ over the other.
The early belief of ‘A place for everything, and everything in its place.’
Through this week end, we will be dealing with many different things that can be gained from the Ancient Ways, and bring an awareness that although the Ancient Warrior has long gone, the Modern Warrior stands in his place.
...........
In the world of today, life in the cities, work in the offices and business is often known as the ‘Concrete Jungle’, reminding us that on some levels, things haven’t changed down through the centuries. Out there in the world, there are still things that we need our ‘Survival Skills’ for, and often the people and situations around us are reminiscent of the ‘Enemy.’
It is often stated that this is a ‘Dog eat Dog’ world, with very few friends to support us.
This is something that Man has really brought upon himself. In the past, each of the Men of the Tribe, worked with each other for the good of the Tribe, and each member of the Tribe knew their own tasks, and did them to the best of their ability, not only for their own survival, but for the survival of all. Life was aimed for the ‘Greater Good’, not the good of the individual.
Once Man became ‘educated’, he built his own ‘dwelling place’, thereby shutting out the rest of the world. He then became isolated from others, and then started to look out for himself, cutting off his linkage with others, and the benefits that that linkage had for him and them.

session 2: THE ANCIENT CHILD.
Let us look then at the Ancient child. How did he differ from us? What things did he know that we don’t? Can something he learned help us in our own lives?
The Ancient Child was the ‘Child of Intuition’, it was the key to his survival in his world. – The knowing of what was safe, what was dangerous, and how to balance both.
In the early stages of life, the boys were always taught the same basics as the girls. They all had to learn how to ‘Listen’ to Gaia to heed her warnings, to ‘look’ with a keen eye to see hidden plants and things to eat, look for the places where the water ran free. And to ‘Know’ intuitively the ways of the Elements, so that their energies could be used as a ‘Tool’, rather than be harmed or over set by their ‘sudden abundance.’
Although the Mothers guarded their children, it was the task of the ‘Crone’ to teach the young to ‘Know, Listen and Look,’ and when a boy child reached ‘separation time’ (about four years of age) he was then introduced to the skills of the ‘Hunter’, and the knowledge of the ‘Warrior.’
A Warrior couldn’t function properly if he wasn’t taught the intuitive skills, he simply wouldn’t survive. The better the intuition, the better the Warrior.
(In our present day society, the ‘Doorway to the Mysts’ or the door of ‘Inner knowing’ usually closes about the age of five,(School age) however in the past the intuitive learning was more intense, and a boy could rely totally on his own instincts by the age of four, and often even less.)
From the Women of the Tribe, the boy learned how to ‘gather’ fruit and vegetables, and anything that could be sought but not ‘Hunted’, so that even if he was lost, he could basically survive.
He was taught to ‘Listen’ to the Earth, to hear the movement of animals and Man, so that he would instantly know if any danger lurked. In those days, when he heard that movement, he was taught to ‘shut down’ his energies so that others couldn’t find him, and to ‘hide away’ until the danger moved on. That was an important skill, not only for the child, but the Warrior as well.
To know when to move, and when to stay still often saved his life.
He was taught to look very closely at everything, not just skimming over the top of things, but to take a good deal of notice of things that barely moved, for sometimes to notice a slight movement gave a warning of danger.
Also it was important to ‘notice’ things that are usually hidden away, for sometimes the best food would be hidden under leaves and things, and would otherwise escape his notice.
The ‘Oneness’ with Gaia was held deep in his Feeling Centre, and he would first ‘FEEL’ his way before he even took a step in any direction. He would ‘Know’ whether it was right or safe for him to move. He listened very carefully to his ‘Inner voice’, and even if it spoke differently to his eyes, he would always obey that deep inner ‘Knowledge.’
At the time of his ‘Separation’ from the ‘Women’, - his first step towards Man hood, he would be taken aside and left to choose which ‘Tribal Path’ he wanted to follow. Even more so than girls, would the boys have a choice about which of the ‘Warrior skills’ he would make his own, and although many of the skills were the same, there were basic differences that he would have to concentrate on.
He would be given the choice of Earth, Air, Fire or Water. Which token would he choose as his own?

session 3: THE SWORD OF HONOUR.
We have been through the ‘Beginning’, and through the Ancient Childhood, and now at last we are picking up the ‘Weapons of the Warrior.’
The ‘Weapons’ of the Warrior, are the ‘Sword of Honour’, the ‘Shield of Truth’ and the ‘Spear of Enlightenment.’
Before we delve into these things though, let us have a little look at the different ‘Warriors’ that we are becoming, and borrow from a passage in the book ‘Chiron on Children’ (By Jan Thomas), this brings into greater clarity the things that we are dealing with.
The first thing that you notice about Warriors, is that they are strong and fierce, moving and untamed. They are self controlled and confident with in themselves. They were not always this way, but they have learned to be these things so that when battle or adversity comes, they are ready and able to do what must be done.
Often people believe that Warriors are war like, but that isn’t necessarily true either, they are simply strong in the things that they have to do.
At this moment in time, there is a lot of disturbance in the world and with Gaia herself, and every one is finding life difficult, so it is with great relief that so many Men are turning to their Ancient ‘Warriorhood’ so that they can be ready to meet what comes with out the aggression that is so much a part of the 21st century.
The things that the ‘Elemental Warriors’ will have to deal with in the 21st century are not only things that Man has brought about, but they will have to deal with the causes and effects of Gaia as well.
Not only will the Air Warriors have to search far places or new levels to find the answers that they are seeking, but they will have to deal with the effects of tornados, cyclones, air disturbances and great winds of any sort.
On the ‘People levels’, they will have to deal with having to reach out to far places so that they can come up with new answers to questions that are baffling the populace. New information, new ways, or even ‘old’ information that has been lost some where along the way.
The Earth Warriors are those who will have the task of looking after the well being of people, and devising new ways to look after their comfort, using the ancient rules. These Warriors will have to work very closely with the Earth to turn around a lot of the damage that has been done to Gaia, and to grow bigger and better crops etc using Gaian means.
The Water Warriors will be asked to help with the emotional needs and the ‘morale’ of the people, they will deal not only with the actual Water and the forces of it, but the ‘emotion’ and ‘feeling’ of it all.
Even though they are Warriors of ‘Water’, and great Feelers’, they have to learn when to ‘feel’, when to ‘observe’, and when to ‘let go’.
The ‘Fire Warriors’ are those who use the ‘Power of Mind’ to seek the answers, and then go well beyond mind to the energy behind, thus using the power of their energies to focus into a particular area and then let loose the power of their element, to make the changes needed for the good of every one, not just themselves.
Down through the ages, the Warrior has always had the ‘Tools of the
Warrior’, his ‘Sword of Honour’ – his ‘Shield of Truth’ and his ‘Spear of Enlightenment.’
The life of the Warrior has always been a ‘Battle’ of some sort, and his ‘Tools’ have always been there to help him win that battle, no matter on what level that ‘Battle’ takes place.
NOTE: Only the beginning of each of the sessions is shown here to give an idea of what the workshop is about
session 4: PAIN AND WARRIORS.
So now my friends, you are Warriors, coming from an ancient understanding, and dealing with things in the modern world.
Let us look for a moment at the causes of ‘Pain’ and how to deal with them.
The Ancient Warrior, knew pain as a way of life, whether it was a wound received in battle, or whether it was received in his fight for survival, a wound received in the protection of others was an ‘honourable Wound’, and this was spread around the whole of his ‘Pattern’, easy to carry.
Pain and wounds that are brought about by dealing with life in the best possible manner, is a pain that has no stigma or negativity attatched to it, and there fore it can be spread automatically through the whole of the Pattern, and carried even unconsciously, because it is a natural part of life. The Ancient Warrior carried his wounds until they healed, and then they troubled him no more.
The ‘wound’ that he found difficult to carry, was when he felt that he had not done his best, or that he had let the ‘Tribe’ down,
this was the heaviest ‘weight’ of all, and it was a weight that only he could carry, he could not put it into the ‘Tribal Basket’ to be picked up be every one, it was his responsibility alone.
The Ancient Warrior was taught from an early age to withstand pain, and to place it out in the pattern so that it didn’t hamper his movements. In a time of survival, there was no time to spare for thoughts of hurt, only to keep moving until safety was arrived at.
When he was in a safe place, then he dealt with the things that were not dealt with, and placed them where they needed to be, and then healed himself once more.
Would that it was so easy for modern Man, he tends to take everything into himself, and pack and cram all of his thoughts, frustrations, and day to day ‘negatives’ into his pattern, and walk around like a ‘Blimp’, carrying the weight of these things with out any way of getting rid of them. Most of these are only minor irritations, but because he no longer has the means of getting rid of them, he carries them with a smile on his face, and swells up with energy until he feels as though he is a ‘Hot air balloon’ about to burst.
Sometimes when he is feeling like this, some one or something will get in his way, and the dam of that energy bursts, and
everything comes out and he flies apart. Don’t let yourself get to that point. It is hard enough carrying the things you have to, with out having to carry these day to day stresses as well.
It is a fact that modern boys are taught that if they fall, have a bad day, or something happens to them, they are usually ‘Kissed’ by their Mother or patted on the head by their Father, and told that it is better now, ‘Be a Man’ – ignore the pain.
HOW MANY TIMES DID IT STILL HURT LIKE HELL?
This comes from the ancient art of touching the affected spot, and releasing the energy out to the outer edges of the pattern, so that it is dealt with by the ‘Whole Pattern’, rather than just the hurt part. It worked back then when energy was understood, but it lost its capability through the years, and while it was nice to have a kiss or a pat on the head to acknowledge the hurt, it STILL HURT!
In the ancient days, the maneuvering of energy re-routed the pain around the PAIN points on the Top Diamond, and stopped the pain. These days not many people know that these pain points even exist, let alone how to re-route them.
It is interesting to note that in ancient days, Warriors were so good at re-routing pain, that often it was only death that stopped them functioning.
We know where the Ancient Warrior placed his pain – all around the Pattern, but where does modern Man focus his pain?
There are three main places that Modern Man holds his pain, one for each of the three levels of his Being.
A/ If he is dealing with ‘PHYSICAL PAIN’, then usually there will be a store house of energy built up in the LOWER BACK, and quite often he will come in with problems in this area. This is because it is a ‘Weight’ that he carries, and he carries all things on his back and it will carry through to the ‘FEAR’ point in the back of his Pattern. (I am in pain, I may not be able to work/look after my family etc.)
B/ If he is in ‘EMOTIONAL PAIN,’ there will be a ‘build up’ of energy in the LUNG area, and he will stress out there. (I cannot breathe with the pain of this emotion.)
C/ If his pain is ‘SPIRITUAL’ or on the ‘Justice’ levels, then this back up and problem will occur in the HEART level.
Where ever his pain is held, problems will occur.
IT IS INTERESTING TO NOTE THAT THE ANCIENT WARRIOR DIDN’T STORE PAIN IN ANY OF THESE PLACES – HE SIMPLY DEALT WITH WHAT WAS, AND THEN
MOVED ON!
NOTE: Only the beginning of each of the sessions is shown here to give an idea of what the workshop is about
session 5: BROTHER GAIA.
All our lives we have been taught about ‘Being at one’ with Mother Gaia, the Mother of us all, and through our ‘rejoining’ with the ‘Warriors’ that we were, we have felt that connection once more.
Mother Gaia is the Earth beneath our feet, she is the Earth in which we dig. She is the land on which we hunt, and is the birth place of all growing things. However, there was another part of her that was well known to the Warriors, it was the ‘Freedom’ Energy, the moving Spirit that the Warrior took into himself and used as the energy to get him out into the world quickly and easily, and the energy that spurred him to action, to achieve and to do.
This ‘Energy’ was the ‘Male’ part of Gaia, ‘Brother Gaia’ known to many as ‘COOMBI!’
It is important that we get to know this great energy, because it is still available to us in our present lives. Just because its strength has been hidden from us for a long time, it doesn’t mean that it isn’t there, it is probably stronger now than it has ever been, because as with any energy, energy grows and grows, and if it is left ‘untapped’, then it grows bigger and better.
Much of the energy of Mother Gaia has been used and abused, and she has drawn herself in to ‘survival mode’, so that she has enough energy left to deal with her ‘abusers’ when she needs to.
Brother Gaia though is virtually ‘untouched’, and because he is ‘Free moving’ and not tied to the Earth, then Man hasn’t been able to harness his energies, and there fore destroy it. When you become ‘one’ with ‘Coombi’, and feel the movement and freedom of it, you will perhaps for the first time in your life, feel what it is truly like to be the ‘Warrior’, the ‘Male’, the ‘Free Spirit’ of the Earth. Although you have been a ‘Man’ all of your life, and have known the rules and restrictions that that brings, perhaps through this time of meditation you will truly feel for the first time what ‘Male’ is all about, with out the rules, with out the restrictions, with out the responsibilities, with out the ‘Negatives.’
Before we go into our meditation though there are a few things that you should know about ‘Coombi’, and indeed about traveling through his energy safely.
About the ‘Coombi Essence’ that we will using for our journey, we will take some quotes direct from the ‘Essences of the Ancient Civilizations’ Book two by Jan Thomas.
‘ This Essence comes from the ‘Father of the Plains People.’ Some call him the ‘Great Spirit’, some call him the ‘Wind of the Plains’, some call him the ‘Night Sky’, some call him ‘Coombi’. He is Brother Gaia.
Once he lived upon the plains. His people were the travelers, the wanderers. He guarded them well. He took their pain…he had the ‘Shield of Truth’, and he had the ‘Sword of Honour’. He cut through their pain and made them whole again.
His time came to an end when man bethought themselves of houses and walls. He could break down the walls of brick and mortar, but the walls of disbelief he could not.
He has been the Warrior, he has been the Wounded. Great Warriors wounded with out spears…wounded with the mind.
Coombi Essence is for the Warriors to come. (And those here now.) It is not for Women (in its true sense) for they belong to Sister Gaia. This Essence is for the Warrior Men.
Coombi is the guardian of men, for they hold with in them the pain. If they use this essence they shall be as Brother Gaia… his token is the Eagle, his breath is the wind, he is in the flight of birds, he is the spray that falls in the hills, he is the song of the shepherds, he lives over the escarpment in the valley of dreams. He is unsettled…he is wild…he is Man.
- This Essence heals the wounds of the Warrior..not physical wounds, but those inflicted by words and thoughts.
- Used to make males ‘whole’ again.
- Gives back Faith.
- Gives back Truth.
- Gives back Self.
“When you hear the wind – dream on – be placid.” ( IT IS COOMBI.)

session 6: ANCIENT NECESSITY – MODERN WISDOM….
In this session, we would like to go into a number of things that were a ‘necessity’ or ‘fact’ in the time of the Ancients. If we use those ‘necessities’ or ‘facts’ again now, it would be known as Modern Wisdom.
There were quite a few things that the ‘Ancient Warrior’ took for granted, and they would be as much a part of him as sleeping and eating.
These are varied topics, but I think you will find them interesting.
For example, the use of various ‘leaves’ to ‘lift up your spirits’, and to make you feel good. ‘Smoke’ to lift you higher, and to get away from the doldrums of life.
The Ancient Warrior had no need to get away from the ‘doldrums,’ for his was a life pushed to one purpose – to survive. If he indulged himself in smoking or drawing in the influence of mind altering plants, he would leave himself open to what ever decided to attack him. He may return into himself, and find that his tribe had been slaughtered, and that was against everything that he believed in.
The only use that the Ancient Warrior had for the ‘Weed’ was in extreme cases it was used for ‘further seeing’ to seek where safety lay for the Tribe, and in that case it was usually used by the ‘Crone’ or the ‘Wise woman,’ or in later times the ‘High Priestess.’
Some times it would be used in the case of a lingering illness to keep away the pain, but never as a ‘recreation’, there was no need for such a thing. Five minutes with your back against a ‘Giving Tree’ would replenish the Warrior’s strength far better than all of the ‘weed’ in the world. (And far safer.)
The Ancient Warrior, ‘drew’ his protection from the energies around him, and he knew that if he were to ‘succumb’ to the ‘weed’ energies, then he would no longer be protected, for such drugs ‘blow apart’ your natural protection.
Ah! You would ask, does the modern Warrior still need his ‘protection?’
Yes, he needs it more now than he ever did, for not only does he have to survive in Gaia’s world, but even more so in the world of Man, for Man is not as caring and kindly as Gaia. Gaia gives to all equally, Man gives only to the strong.
Even in the animal kingdom, it is the battle for the strongest, but when the strongest rules, the malice stops. In the kingdom of Man, when there is battle, there is malice, and no matter who wins, the malice often stays.
You would ask if there is any benefit to the ‘Modern Warrior’ in the using of these ‘drugs’? The answer is No! The modern ‘warrior’ is really no
different to the ancient one. While he is ‘off the planet’ who knows what will happen to his loved ones. When he returns he may have lost everything.
There are many who aver that drugs expand the mind, and this also is true, however, it is very much like a balloon that is only meant to go to a certain size, if it is expanded too much, it will burst. If the mind is expanded too far with out all the extra work of expanding the rest of himself, madness or break down in one form or another is the result.
DRUGS = MIND AND BRAIN DIAMOND POINT DAMAGE.
What about alcohol? Is this the same as drugs?
To a lesser degree yes. At least with alcohol there is a certain level that you can reach with minimal damage. In fact with a small level, it can actually help the body, because it will aid in the relaxation of muscles taut with the effort of being ‘on guard’ all the time.
As in all things, it depends on the ‘Sensitivity’ of the person, and how much they can tolerate, and how much they can rise above the effects. With alcohol there are a few more choices. In the time of the Ancients, alcohol was used by those who were not ‘ on guard duty’, but even then, they never made themselves ‘insensible’, they had to be ready to spring in to action if danger threatened.
Whether you are aware of it or not, alcohol is an ‘inhibitor’ of the person’s ‘reaching out’ energies, and the families or tribes of those who have a problem in this area, are the first to suffer, because they will feel left out and have to deal with things on their own. It is the same in the modern world, even with three drinks, the ‘reachingoutness’ of the energies go on to shut down, and even with a ‘social drinker’ the effects on a family can be horrifying right from the beginning. Alcohol can affect the ‘Family or Tribal’ pattern, and there fore damage every member of that family.
It is often noted in the modern world, that when a person imbibes too much, they will reach out on the physical level to those who are drinking with him, but they are taking all of the energy of their families, and if they don’t know how to deal with it, then the whole family has problems, and that often leads to all sorts of violence.
If any more than two drinks are taken by a ‘sensitive’ there will be a diminishing in the NERVE points in the Top and Bottom Diamonds.
Carrying the weight of too much stress will damage the lower back, and will also put too much stress on the physical Heart, it too will have problems.
What happens with grief? Does that harm the pattern?
The Ancient Warrior knew that to carry grief would be to carry too much weight unnecessarily. A Warrior must have strength enough to carry his kill, and strength enough to run for miles. To do this, he must be rid of grief.
If some one he loves has passed over, then he would do the ‘Ceremony of Passing over,’ raise up his grief with the flames of the Fire, and then he would move on to new things, because the ‘Tribe’ depended upon him.

session 7: – ST. GEORGE AND THE DRAGON.
Down through the centuries there have been many stories of ancient Heroes and their deeds that have captured the imagination of all who have heard their stories. None have quite captured the imagination for bravery and honour as the story of Saint George and his battle with the Dragon.
**You may like to include the story of St George here.**
Today we are not going to ride out into the world to tilt at Dragons in the outside world, but rather the Dragons with in ourselves and our own lives.
The Dragons that we will be ‘tilting’ at are the things that have begun as small things, and have been fed by our fears until they have achieved massive proportions, and because we are all busy men, we haven’t had time to look at them, let alone deal with them. Have you any idea how much energy it takes to feed a Dragon? More than any of us can spare!
In our younger years we go off out into the world full of energy and bravado, and meet everything that comes our way, dealing with it in the quickest and easiest way we know how. At that time, we can challenge the world, for the world is ours and we know it. Like our Forefathers before us, the world is ours!
Everything that happens is a challenge, and we bend to pick up that challenge, whether it is on the work front, or sports front or any area of our lives. We are strong and we can carry the weight of the work that lies there ahead of us.
After a time, we have been carrying the weight of responsibility and the demands of others for a long time, and our arms are starting to get heavy.
Off to work in the morning, work like the Devil all day, and then home again with more demands, and there seems to be a growing demand with in self to take some ‘time out for me.’
Once upon a time it was easy to work all day and then bring home more work at night. At that time it felt as though this is the path to success. We pushed and pushed and achieved and achieved, and we gained all of the things that ‘appear’ to be a measure of success. Lovely home, loving family, a caring Wife, a fancy car. When did they suddenly turn into prison walls and strangers?
Usually it is at that dreaded time called ‘Male Menopause’ or ‘Andropause’. All of a sudden the Dragons that we have been pursuing have turned to bite back.
Now for the first time in our lives, we are starting to retreat, sometimes slowly, sometimes full tilt, and then we find ourselves running in the opposite direction.
The energies of the body and the pattern at that time are starting to turn around, and it feels as though we are ‘slowing down’. We can’t quite do as much in the allotted time, we start to feel tired, start to feel as though we are not invincible, start to really feel the weight of all those responsibilities etc.
All of a sudden instead of owning the world, you are carrying it!
As the energy starts to turn around in your Pattern, there is a natural panic that sets in, and many people begin to feel as though they are not capable any more, and the ‘WHAT IF’S’ set in.
What if I don’t come up with the right idea for this…..? What if I appear grey and old….? What if my family need my strength and I fail them…..?
THESE WHAT IFS TAKE MORE OF YOUR ENERGY THAN CLIMBING A MOUNTAIN A DAY!
What happens at this time of your life, is that the energy that you once put forwards out into the world for your ‘Tribe’ or family, isn’t needed quite as it was before. For Women, this energy changes from the ‘Woman’ or ‘Family carer’ in to the ‘Crone’, the Woman who tends the watching over every one using her ‘Intuitive skills’ rather than her physical speed or abilities.
It is the same with Men, the energy with in the pattern is just as strong, but it is now pointed into another direction. In your younger years, your energy is used to create strong children, to guard them, to be the ‘Hunter’ and the ‘Warrior’, however those needs aren’t the same any more, you have other things to do now, other responsibilities.
When you enter this age, you are far wiser than you were before, you have the gifts that that wisdom gives you. You can ‘read’ people like you couldn’t before, you intuitively know what way they will jump. You can now really back your ‘hunches’, you know what to do, you have spent all those years learning it. It is no longer necessary to DO, but it is necessary to direct others. THE RESPONSIBILITY OF DIRECTION is now yours!
NOTE: Only the beginning of each of the sessions is shown here to give an idea of what the workshop is about
session 8: CHIRON – THE ULTIMATE WARRIOR.
‘CHIRON IS HALF MAN – HALF HORSE,
MY ESSENCE IS A POTENT FORCE.’
“I am Chiron – the ‘Ultimate Warrior’.” Half - Horse, to represent the ‘Beast’ with in, and yet with the ‘Nobleness’ of the horse to show others how to rise up from the ‘Beastliness’ of the Animal, to the levels of nobility that can be found in all things.
I am also half –Man, to teach the world that out of the levels of the Animal kingdom, I can unite both Animal Instinct and Man’s Knowledge to make a level of ‘Knowing’ that can be wise and instinctual at one and the same time.
If you sit for a moment and think about what you would describe as the ‘Ultimate Warrior’, you may think perhaps about a ‘Super human’ who goes into battle with out fear and with out fault. A towering person who strikes fear into the hearts of his opponents, and wins the war every time.
And yet, the ‘Ultimate Warrior’ is a man who has faults, a man who has fears, a man who is afraid to go into battle, and yet for all that, he acknowledges his faults and fears, and goes in to battle to do what must be done. This Warrior is kind and gentle, strong inside himself and not afraid to back off when this should happen. The knowledge of when to fight, and when to cede are two of his greatest strengths.
The Ultimate Warrior is a man who knows himself, and who realizes that there is the ‘half beast’ there inside, but although he knows it is there, he chooses to rise to the best of himself to show the ‘beast’ that there is something good with in himself, and that what he requires of the ‘beast’ is his ‘intuition’, not his aggression.
The Beast and the Man should be a good balance, for with out the Beast, Man could not live in harmony with his Gaian friends, and with out the ‘Mind of Man’, he couldn’t rise through his lessons and progress back to his whole self again.
What benefits do you receive from joining again with your Ancient Warrior? What can you take into your future that will change the path for you? - You can take the duality of the Ancient Warrior, the instinct of the Beast, and the Mind of the Man.
When man was progressing through his early lessons, he was a Warrior in the strongest sense of the word, and his instincts were so sharpened that he could hear trouble coming a mile off. He ‘knew’ when danger threatened, he knew where safety lay. His whole world was filled with knowing.
Then through the years, he gave away all of the instincts that he had developed so that he could command knowledge of a different sort, the knowledge of the thinking mind. Thus he became the ‘Tactician.’
Then the world of power and money came to the fore, and his battle changed into a battle of wits, a battle for supremacy, and those few intuitive skills that he had left to him, he used exclusively for his family and himself.
There were some, who used their skills for others, - there are always some, but even they lost most of their skills.
So now, how do I realign with those ancient skills? YOU HAVE TO PRACTICE THEM!
There are three basic parts to Man, but he usually only uses two of them. He uses his right – physical – Warrior self, or he uses his left – intuitive – Sensitive self, however the world being what it is, it doesn’t look too fondly at people who stand up to be counted in the ‘Sensitivity’, they are not MANLY enough!
When you use your right or physical side, you are working with your physical eyes open or functioning. Even if you have your eyes closed and you are doing something physical, you can see what you are doing in your ‘Mind’s eye’. The secret to drawing on your Ancient Warriorhood, is to do things with your eyes totally closed, and use your third eye, rather than your physical ones.
The Ancient Warrior also knew the value of his two Side Lines of Energy, if he needed to be physical, then he would stand or start from his right leg. If he needed all of his ‘Intuitive skills’, he would stand on his left leg while he was ‘scanning’, or stand on his left leg if he needed to have greater insight.
The truth of this still stands. If you need to make up your mind about a physical matter, stand in your right line of energy. If you need to make up your mind about something spiritual or insightful, stand in your left line of energy.
Even develop your skills in this same manner. Try throwing a ball into a basket with your eyes open. You have done this for years and are probably very good at it. Then try and do the same thing with your eyes closed. USE YOUR INTUITIVE SKILLS. Practice until you find that you are much better with your eyes closed than you are with them open, because you are very limited with your physical eyes, they will often let you down. Bad light, distortions, anything will affect your physical sight. Much better when you use your intuitive skills, and remember that one day you will get old, and have to rely on that intuitive part of yourself. It is only when you reach this
age and function thus intuitively that you can do the more ‘subtle’ tasks that you have come into life to do. That is the time when you are no longer the ‘Physical Warrior’, but the ‘Intuitive Warrior’ – or even by then, you are the ‘Wise Man’ – the teacher of the coming ‘Intuitive Warriors’, the ‘Old Man of Memories’, the ‘Teacher of the Plains.’ All of these things are the tasks of the older Warrior, for when the physical strength fails, the intuitive strength blossoms, and Wisdom results.
The Ancient Warrior knew the affinity with everything on Gaias level. He knew the plants and trees, the animals and the elements, and he knew how each would react to the other. If you were to become the Ancient Warrior, you would need to open up to this knowledge once more. In the times ahead, this knowledge would become more and more so. However in your present world, there are other things that you should take note of as well
NOTE: Only the beginning of each of the sessions is shown here to give an idea of what the workshop is about
Swordmanship's first achievement
Is the unity of man and sword.
Once this unity is attained,
Even a blade of grass can be a weapon.
The second achievement is when
